Field Values

The Field Values property box determines how the Assign Field Values activity will assign field data to a Laserfiche entry.

To configure Field Values

1. Add the Assign Field Values activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
3. In the Properties Pane, in the Field Values property box, click Add to open the Edit Field Value dialog box and configure a new field.

   

4. Next to Select the field, select a field from the top drop-down box. To only display fields in a specific template, select Filter by template and choose a template from the bottom drop-down box.
5.  Under Single-Valued, enter the text that will be added to the field. Click to use tokens.
6. Optional: If the field you selected allows multiple values, click New to add additional values. Select whether new values should replace or be appended to existing field data.
